WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE APPLIED?

Applicants names are placed on the waiting list for the year and entry level requested. An application for enrolment does not guarantee a place as there are often more applicants for each intake than there are places available. In general, applications for admission are placed on a waiting list in order of receipt of the application. Priority for admission may be given to certain applicants. More information can be found in the College’s Enrolment Policy

WHEN DO I KNOW IF I WILL BE OFFERED A PLACE?

The enrolment process commences two years prior to Year 7 entry (ie. when applicants are in Year 5) and in the year prior to entry for all other year levels. All applicants for Prep to Year 11 are required to attend an enrolment interview with the relevant Head of School before an offer can be made. Interviews will not be scheduled until all relevant reports and documents have been provided. Applicants for Kinder and Pre Prep are not required to attend an interview however a meeting with the Imaginarium Coordinator may be required prior to commencement.

The enrolment process for each intake will continue until all available places have been filled.

HOW DO I ACCEPT AN OFFER?

Offers for enrolment are made in writing and must be accepted within ten working days. To accept an offer both parents/guardians must sign an acceptance of the terms and conditions (Prep to Year 12) or terms and conditions (Early Learning Centre) of enrolment (both signatures are required unless there is a legal reason not to do so). The signed acceptance must be accompanied by a non-refundable $1,500 enrolment deposit, $700 of which is credited toward the first tuition fee invoice (Prep – Year 11 offers only).

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE ACCEPTED AN OFFER?

Once an offer has been accepted the student’s enrolment in the relevant year and level is confirmed. The Year 7 transition process begins in April/May in the year prior to commencement. The transition process for all other year levels begins in October/November in the year prior to commencement.
