Community Engagement & Events Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Community Engagement & Events Officer to lead the coordination of events, alumni engagement, and community partnerships. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the College’s reputation, strengthening connections with stakeholders, and promoting our vision and values both within the College community and beyond. 

Working closely with many across the College, the Community Engagement & Events Officer will deliver high-quality events, foster meaningful alumni relationships, and develop initiatives that engage parents, friends, and external networks. The position requires flexibility to accommodate out-of-hours commitments throughout the year.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the College’s brand, communications, and marketing strategy, with a clear focus on enrolment growth, brand awareness, community engagement, and reputation management. 

This strategic yet hands-on role partners closely with the Principal, College Executive, and Admissions team to deliver impactful campaigns, ensure disciplined brand stewardship, and tell the Kingswood story with clarity, consistency, and creativity.
