Kingswood College offers the following Scholarships for entry into Years 3 – 11 in 2024 and into Year 7 in 2025.

Kingswood College offers the following Scholarships for entry into Years 5 – 11 in 2024 and into Year 7 in 2025.

While Scholarships are available for entry into Years 3 – 11 there are a larger number available for the Year 4, Year 5, Year 7 and Year 11 intakes.

Kingswood College Scholarships may only be awarded to permanent residents or citizens of Australia.

Please follow the relevant link below to apply for a specific scholarship. A $100 application fee applies to each scholarship type.

Applications and fee payment for Academic Scholarships are made through Edutest. Applications and payment for all other scholarships are made directly to Kingswood College.

Please note that students may only apply for one type of Scholarship.

Academic Scholarship

Available for entry for Years 5 – 11 2024 and Year 7 2025.

These scholarships may only be awarded to permanent residents or citizens of Australia.

How to apply

  1. Submit application to Edutest
  2. Application Fee: $100
  3. Sit Edutest Written Examination on Saturday 25 February 2023 at Kingswood College.

Timely Applications Close: Friday 17 February 2023

Late Applications close: Monday 20 February 2023 (late fee applies)

Once applications close:
Applicants receive examination email from Edutest confirming venue, time to arrive and what to bring on the morning of the examination.

Selection/Offers:
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview during March 2023. Academic Scholarship offers made following interview.

Academic Scholarship applications and application fee payment are made directly with Edutest.

Hospitality Scholarships

Kingswood College has an outstanding hospitality program commencing in Year 7 and culminating in teaching from the William Angliss Institute in Years 11 and 12.  If you’re a whiz in the kitchen and passionate about good food, then Kingswood College is the school for you! It’s easy to apply. Simply complete the Hospitality Scholarship Application Form and email a two-minute (max) video of the applicant cooking an amazing dish and telling us whey they love cooking.

  • Completed Hospitality Scholarship application form
  • Two-minute (max) video of the applicant cooking their dish and explaining why they love cooking
  • Most recent NAPLAN report (if applicable)
  • Two most recent school reports
  • Two referee statements
  • Birth certificate
  • Evidence of Australian permanent residency (if applicable)

Leadership Scholarships

Available for entry for Years 5 – 11 2024 and Year 7 2025.

These scholarships may only be awarded to permanent residents or citizens of Australia.

Performing Arts Scholarships

Available for entry for Years 3 – 11 2024 and Year 7 2025.

These scholarships may only be awarded to permanent residents or citizens of Australia.

Kingswood College has a thriving performing arts program. Students can perform in musical productions, concerts, open days, choirs, vocal groups and celebration evenings to name a few.

Applicants for Performing Arts Scholarships are required to attend an audition. Applicants will be provided with their audition time once the application has been received. Applicants must be available to attend the audition as scheduled.

Social Justice Scholarships

Available for entry for Years 3 – 11 2024 and Year 7 2025.

These scholarships may only be awarded to permanent residents or citizens of Australia.

Sports Scholarships

Available for entry for Years 3 –11 2024 and Year 7 2025.

These scholarships may only be awarded to permanent residents or citizens of Australia.

Kingswood College has an extensive sports program and has been very successful on the sporting field, athletics track and courts to name a few. We’ve introduced an activewear wardrobe for everyday wear for every student as well as daily physical activity. If sport is your thing, then we’re the school for you! If you’re a keen sportsperson at the top of your game or competing at Representative or Regional level, then we’d love you on our team.

Visual Arts Scholarships

Available for entry for Years 3 – 11 2024 and Year 7 2025.

These scholarships may only be awarded to permanent residents or citizens of Australia.

Kingswood College has a thriving visual arts program with many students having exhibited at the VCE TopArts, TopDesign and TopShots exhibitions.

Applicants for Visual Arts Scholarships are required to attend an interview to present their folio. Applicants will be provided with their folio interview time once the application has been received. Applicants must be available to attend the folio interview as scheduled.
