It is with great pleasure that we introduce Ms Laura Wang as the new Head of Early Years at Kingswood College. Laura brings with her a wealth of experience in early childhood education, having successfully led both start-up and established early learning centres through periods of growth, innovation, and excellence.

Laura is deeply committed to building strong, respectful partnerships with families, recognising that collaboration between home and school is key to supporting each child’s learning journey. Her leadership is grounded in a belief that every child deserves a nurturing and inspiring environment in which to thrive.

With qualifications in Business, Early Childhood Education and currently studying a Master of Education (Leadership and Management) at Melbourne University, Laura is known for her integrity, her passion for continuous improvement, and her ability to mentor educators to deliver excellent teaching and learning programs.  

Laura’s personal values are in strong alignment with the values and vision of the College, and she is excited to be given the opportunity to contribute to a thoughtfully integrated K-Year 12 learning journey.  

We are thrilled to welcome Laura to the Kingswood community and know she will make a valuable contribution to the continued success of The Imaginarium and our Early Years program.
